Just a little background info.  The art on this site is considered, "outsider art" because I am "self taught".  It is created out of life events, hopes and dreams, self-reflections, and visions of what appears beautiful or expressive. I was intellectually introduced to many great artists through my mothers love of art and her own efforts in creating some of her own. During a particular painful time in my life at a later age I found refuge and fulfillment after picking up a paint brush and immersing myself in the beauty of color and self expression.  It became an important part of my life and will continue to be so.  Not long after, it was discovered the same creative process is relished by my oldest daughter making her the third generation of expressing trials, tribulation, and beauty.  I hope you find this site inspirational to you whether as an artist yourself, or just as a casual visitor out of curiosity because of your own love of art.  Keep checking back for new additions and I hope life finds you in a happy place.
